Shanne Sleder
 Shanne Sleder has been in the mortgage industry as a loan officer since 2002. In 2003 he teamed with his father, Jerry Sleder, to create The Mortgage Planners and they affiliated themselves with Clarion Mortgage Capital. In 2006 Shanne obtained his California Broker’s License and incorporated The Mortgage Planners becoming the company’s President. In 2010 Shanne and The Mortgage Planners affiliated themselves with West Coast Mortgage.
Shanne specializes in making the loan process easy to understand and fully transparent. He always provides a loan consultation and analysis covering the programs that will work for the client’s situation, a review of current interest rates, and a complete overview of closing costs. He works with many first time home buyers, move up clients, and seniors, offering conventional loans, government loans such as FHA and VA, and reverse mortgages.
Shanne grew up in San Diego and attended high school in East County at Christian High. He earned a B.S. Degree from the University of California, San Diego, Revelle College in 2001 where he also played NCAA collegiate soccer. Shanne and his wife, Naomi, where married in 2002 and welcomed their son in December of 2008. They are very involved with their church, Emmanuel Faith Community Church and Shanne enjoys playing sports, outdoor activities, and traveling.
Jerry Sleder
 Jerry Sleder has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Person with the California Department of Real Estate since 1981. Previously he was licensed as a Real Estate Agent for four years in the State of Nevada. He has worked directly with the public since 1968. His business accomplishments include the development of a sports facility in New Jersey, owning a 7/11, serving on numerous boards, and holding senior management positions with a number of companies. Jerry funded one of the first spot FHA loans in San Diego. He also has a background in the financial planning sector.
Jerry is a native of Detroit, Michigan. He has a BS degree from Wayne State University. Jerry and his wife Diane live in Escondido, California. They have four adult children and five grandchildren.
